Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the messages are sent and received, we can accept no liability for direct or consequential loss, should the messages not be received. Individuals phone settings and mobile phone network and broadcast anomalies are beyond our control. This is one of the reasons we send two reminder alerts on different days and times.
UK biased:
WhenIsChristmas is currently (September 2005) a UK biased service for phone operating in the UK on a major UK network; namely O2, Orange, T-Mobile &
Virtual networks, such as Virgin, usually work, but performance can not be guaranteed. You can ask us for a test message if you are in doubt.
Abuse:
Abusive and hate messages are strictly forbidden. Your details will be surrendered to the police upon request and your WhenIsChristmas account closed immediately without refund.
Jurisdiction:
The contract and service are supplied subject to the laws of England.

We will not sell or divulge your details, phone number or entered phone numbers to any third party. Information is only stored for our own internal marketing uses and in order to operate the service. Our phone carriers merely use the details to transmit the messages. They are also covered by our privacy policy.
